 Cleanse Your Skin

There is no cleanser from The Ordinary at the moment. I will give you a different suggestion instead.

Make sure you use a gel foaming cleanser with a mild pH balance on your oily skin so that it doesn’t dry it out. Make sure that the cleanser you choose doesn’t strip your skin of its oils even if you have oily skin. This is important even if you have oily skin.

I love these gel cleansers.

When you use Hexam Vivier Gel Cleanser by Dermalogica, you get rid of dirt and make your skin look better.
Cleanser by Drunk Elephant: Jelly Cleanser
Cleansing Face Soy was made by Fresh Cleansing Face Soy
This is the second step: Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Solution.
They make serums that can compete with serums from high-end skin care brands. This is a great supplement for vitamin B3, which helps with cell turnover and brightening the skin. Niacinamide is a good source of vitamin B3.

I was shocked! I discovered a way to enjoy my morning coffee and fight the extra weight that was keeping me from seeing myself the way i wish!

What I love about it is that it is natural, Vegetarian, Non-GMO, Gluten free... Perfect for everyday use!

I felt a boost in my metabolism and amazingly, I didn't feel that much hungry as before!

At Sephora, you can buy the Ordinary Niacinamaide 10% + Zinc 1%, which is what most people buy.
You can also use the B3 vitamins in the Niacinamide to make your skin’s natural barrier stronger. This will help you avoid getting fine lines and wrinkles.

In addition, it makes pores smaller so that it can control the sebum that is made by the extra oil. This will help you get rid of your acne and keep your skin clear.

Zinc at 1% will help mattify your skin so that it can keep your skin from getting oily and shiny all day.

Take 2 drops of this serum after you clean your skin.

TIP: Make sure your skin is still wet so that the serum can get into it.

If you use a Vitamin C Serum, DO NOT use a Niacinamide at the same time.

Moisturizer

Always after I put on a serum, I put on a moisturizer. Even if I’m going to put on sunscreen after that.

You should try other moisturizers if you don’t like the one from The Ordinary.

You’re going to want to choose a moisturizer that is water-based so that you can keep your skin moisturized all day.

For oily, acne-prone skin, these are the moisturizers I’d use:

CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion for Face
A mat by LaRoche Posay that makes your skin look better (Specifically formulated for oily skin)
Tatcha is a water cream (pore minifying moisturizer)
Moisturizing Lotion by Cetaphil
sunscreen is the fourth thing you need to do before you go to the beach.
Sunscreen should never be left out of any skin care routine. People with oily or dry skin should always put sunscreen on before they go to bed, no matter what.

The Ordinary has a sunscreen called: The Ordinary Mineral UV Filters SPF 30. It has Antioxidants in it, too (Shop on Amazon). I think that because it comes out white, it can make your skin look white. Also, the SPF of 30 isn’t high enough for me, so I prefer 50+, but it’s not enough.

This is why I use Anthelios by La Roche Posay. It has an SPF of 50+ and goes on clear, but it also keeps your skin’s glow.

With The Ordinary, this is how to do your nighttime skin care for oily skin.
During the night, you will be applying more serums and oils to your skin with this routine.

This is because at night, the products will have more time to get into the skin and do their job.

Make sure you start your nighttime skin care an hour before you usually go to bed if you have trouble doing it.

Make sure you do your nighttime skincare routine every night because if you have oily and acne-prone skin, you are more likely to break out if you don’t.

Cleanser: Step 1: Squalane

This is going to be a very oily skin care routine that includes double cleansing. Love double cleansing because you have to remove the dirt and oil from your face first. Then you have to clean it with soap and water. Those are the only things that double cleansing really means!

The Squalane cleanser from The Ordinary is great for getting rid of makeup and dirt from your skin. The only thing you need to do is warm it between your hands for about 30 seconds. This will make the product warm up. Double cleansing: This is part of the process to melt away the dirt first, then clean the skin.

The Squalane Cleanser is for people who have oily skin.
The Squalane Cleanser is now on sale at Sephora, so buy it now!
If you want to get the best results, make sure your skin is dry before you start.

Squalane is good for what?
Squalane is good because it looks like your skin’s own oils. Against outside cancer-causing agents, it also acts as a shield. In our teens, we make most of our own natural moisture. As we get older, our skin needs extra moisture from outside sources.

Clean the skin.

Use the cleanser that you would have already used in your morning routine to clean your face. After removing your makeup with Squalane, you are now cleansing your skin and removing dirt and oil from your pores. This is the second part of the double cleansing process.

Step 3: Use the Salicylic Acid 2 percent Solution to scrub your face three times a week only.
The thing I like best about exfoliating is that I don’t do too much of it and I don’t do it every night. Do not scrub your skin more than three times a week, or you will cause it to break out.

There is a good chance that you have used or heard of Salicylic Acid.

There is a lot of Salicylic Acid in the Oridinary, so it will be strong, but it will also be 100% pure.

Use salicylic acid to keep your pores clear because it helps with oil buildup.

All you have to do is apply 2 drops of the solution to your skin after you’ve double cleansed.

A spot treatment is also a good idea for people who have breakouts every other day, so they can use this instead.

The acid Lactic Acid or Salicylic Acid
Like Salicylic Acid, lactic acid by The Ordinary is an exfoliant that will help get rid of oil. A chemical called Lactic Acid makes your skin look smoother.

The normal Lactic Acid is 10% and has HA. You can buy it now at Sephora.
If you have dull skin (who doesn’t?) and white heads, lactic acid is the best thing for you.

There are two levels of products available from The Ordinary: 5% and 10%. There are two types of products:

In the beginning of your nighttime skincare routine, I recommend going with the 5% level. This will help your skin get used to the product.

What is the difference between lactic and salicylic acids? You might want to find out. Below, look at the box. It should tell you what the two serums are different from one another.

When it comes to Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid, what is the difference between the two?
As you can see, Salicylic Acid is a BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid), which means that it gets into the pores more deeply. This is because Lactic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid, which means it breaks down dead skin cells on the surface, which is good for treating acne.

The following are three very important things to keep in mind when you use lactic acid:

You can’t use Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid at the same time because they will make your skin red and hurt.
Don’t use salicylic acid with Niacinamide serums that have salicylic acid in them (you can do so in the morning but not in the same application for example at night).
Not at the same time: don’t use lactic acid and vitamin C at the same time
Use sunscreen every day if you are going to use an acid. If you don’t, you could get sunburned to the point where your skin is very dark.

Hyaluronic acid from the sea.

You can use The Ordinary’s Marine Hyaluronics after you clean your face on days when you don’t scrub your skin. If you exfoliate, put them on after your acid.

The normal marine hyaluronic acid can be bought now at Sephora.
As if that wasn’t enough, these serums are made up of plant-based ingredients like algae and bacteria from the sea.

There is no need to use Marine Hyaluronic if you feel like your nighttime routine is too much. It’s good in the winter for extra hydration, but you don’t need it.

This is the last step.
Before we go to bed, it is important to make sure that our skin is naturally moist. Our skin needs to be surrounded by the right amino acids, glycerin, and hyaluronic acid to stay healthy. The Ordinary has some great moisturizers that do just that.

So, you can also use any other regular moisturizer you have, with or without SPF, because this is a night-time routine for your skin.

It’s time to review the Ordinary Skincare for Oily Skin routine before we go on our way.

The Morning Routine

Make sure to wash your face with soap and water. Then, use a moisturizer with sunscreen or SPF.

Cleanse yourself (Squalane)
Cleanse yourself (Regular Cleanser)
For exfoliation, use Lactic or Salicylic acid or Glycolic acid three times a week. Marine Hyaluronics Moisturizer is also good (Natural Factors)
