1. CLEANSE

No matter how exhausted you are, it is critical that you wash your face before going to bed, especially if you have been wearing makeup. No, face wipes and micellar water will not suffice. Acne-prone skin will benefit from twice cleaning, which guarantees that the skin is completely clean. Begin with an oil-based cleanser, such as a cleaning oil or balm, to remove makeup, debris, and grime. Massage it all over your face for two to three minutes, then rinse with warm water and a clean flannel.

2. DOUBLE CLEANSE

The second washing phase provides a deeper cleanse for the skin and allows you to use active ingredients such as exfoliating acids or charcoal to help target clogged pores, excess oil, and active breakouts. Massage into skin well (you may want to use an electronic cleansing instrument for this step), then rinse with warm water and a clean flannel.

I was shocked! I discovered a way to enjoy my morning coffee and fight the extra weight that was keeping me from seeing myself the way i wish!

What I love about it is that it is natural, Vegetarian, Non-GMO, Gluten free... Perfect for everyday use!

I felt a boost in my metabolism and amazingly, I didn't feel that much hungry as before!

3. EXFOLIATE

This procedure should only be done twice a week to avoid over-exfoliating your skin, especially if it is sensitive and prone to breakouts. These powerful exfoliants will assist to target long-term concerns including obstinate congestion along the jawline, blackheads around the nose, or scarring on the cheekbones, whether as a clay mask, acid toner, or nighttime treatment (in which case skip the following steps).

4. TREAT

Serums are concentrated blends of ingredients chosen to address specific skin concerns. For acne-prone skin, look out for ingredients like glycolic, lactic, or salicylic acid, or retinol in your evening serum. These ingredients are best applied overnight as they increase skin’s sensitivity to UV. Pat your serum onto damp skin, using your fingertips to gently press it in. Skip this step on nights when you’ve used an exfoliating treatment, and always remember to wear an SPF the following day.

5. MOISTURISE

Hydrated skin is healthy skin and healthy skin is better able to heal and fight breakouts, so don’t skip this vital step. Use a gel-cream textured moisturiser which focuses on hydration and don’t be tempted to use anything that’s loaded with “acne-fighting” ingredients – your skin has already got these from your serum and doesn’t need overloading. To apply your night cream, massage generously all over your face and neck.

6. TARGET

While you presumably want your spot treatments to soak quickly and seem unnoticeable in the morning, you probably don’t have the same concern at night. Look for hero components such as salicylic acid, niacinamide, zinc, and calamine, which can help to reduce inflammation and cleanse the impacted pore rapidly. Apply blemish stickers on spots that have already come to a head or have broken skin to pull out congestion and prevent bacteria from entering the wound.
