In the morning and at night, your skin has various requirements. “You need protection in the morning since your skin is exposed to the sun, heat, pollution, and dirt—all of which can harm the skin and lead to premature aging,” explains Clinique Derm Pro Dr. Emma Wedgeworth, a board-certified dermatologist in London. “After all that your skin has been through during the day, you need to treat it at night.” Dr. Wedgeworth believes it requires hydration, food, and restoration. Basic Morning Skincare Routine

Dr. Wedgeworth’s morning and evening skincare routines are shown below. It’s quick, simple, and really effective.

Routine in the Morning

The first step is to detoxify.

Many people believe they don’t need to wash their faces in the morning because they done so the night before. However, it is quite crucial. While you sleep, your pillow case can acquire oils from your face and hair, as well as bacteria and dust. “Select a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type. Dr. Wedgeworth recommends using Fresh Pressed Renewing Powder Cleanser with Pure Vitamin C and gently kneading it into his skin for about a minute. Water activates the ultrafine powder, rapidly brightening, purifying, and refining the texture of your skin.

Exfoliate in the second step.

“One of the most important activities in the morning is exfoliating,” adds Dr. Wedgeworth, “because it removes dead skin cells that can dull the skin’s surface and creates a smooth base for makeup application.” The Clarifying Lotion Twice A Day Exfoliator is a light liquid exfoliator that you can use twice a day every day. It’s very simple to use; simply sweep it over your skin without rinsing.

Step 3: hydrate and protect

“In the morning, I love a good antioxidant vitamin C to protect the skin against damaging free radicals and, of course, a broad spectrum SPF,” Dr. Wedgeworth explains. Fresh Pressed Daily Booster with Pure Vitamin C 10% and Smart Broad Spectrum SPF 15 Custom-Repair Moisturizer are her go-to products. The air-tight packaging of this daily booster ensures that the vitamin C remains fresh and potent until you activate it. Simply combine two drops with your daytime moisturizer and you’re set.

Evening Routine

Step 1: Take off your makeup.

If you apply makeup, especially eye and foundation makeup, you should clean your face twice. “I usually start with a makeup remover because cleaning alone won’t get rid of everything.” Take a Day Off from Cleaning Long-wearing makeup, including waterproof mascara, is softly dissolved by the balm. After that, use a light cleanser to wash your face. “Now that your makeup is removed, your cleanser can focus on deeply cleansing the skin,” explains Dr. Wedgeworth.

I was shocked! I discovered a way to enjoy my morning coffee and fight the extra weight that was keeping me from seeing myself the way i wish!

What I love about it is that it is natural, Vegetarian, Non-GMO, Gluten free... Perfect for everyday use!

I felt a boost in my metabolism and amazingly, I didn't feel that much hungry as before!

Exfoliate in the second step.

Exfoliating at night is even more crucial since it not only removes dull, dead skin cells but also prepares the skin for improved absorption of the treatment items that follow. Use the same Clarifying Lotion Twice A Day Exfoliator you used earlier in the day—gentle it’s enough to use twice a day.

Step 3: Repair and hydrate

“In dermatology, retinol is the gold standard substance. When it comes to fine lines and wrinkles, it’s transformative,” adds Dr. Wedgeworth. To nourish, hydrate, and visibly heal the skin as you sleep, combine the Fresh Pressed Overnight Booster with Pure Vitamin A (Retinol), which is part of the Fresh Pressed Clinical routine, with Smart Night Custom-Repair Moisturizer.
