Step 1: Begin by using a cleanser.

Rinse the skin with lukewarm water first. After that, use a cleanser that is appropriate for your skin type. Dr. Frank advises an oil cleanser for drier skin types and a solution containing AHAs for cell turnover for greasy or dull skin. Make sure to massage the formula into your face and neck in gentle, circular strokes. Rinse well with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly with a clean towel.

Step 3: Use Sunscreen First Thing In The Morning

It may sound excessive, but applying sunscreen every morning all year, even when the sun isn’t shining, is crucial.
