The best part is that the zucchini doesn’t need to be peeled. If you don’t like zucchini’s skin, now is the time to peel it away. These fries are delicious with or without the skins.
The skins, in my opinion, provide a little more texture and color, which is always a plus in my book. It also saves you time when it comes to preparation.

How to Make Parmesan Zucchini Fries in an Air Fryer
Make sure there’s enough room between each fry. If they overlap, they will not crisp up as much as you would like. As a result, make sure there’s enough room between each fry.
Cut all of your zucchini into the same size so that they cook evenly in the air fryer. If one is much thicker than the other, some will overcook while others will be undercooked.
Batch cook if you don’t have a lot of space, depending on your air fryer type. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the cooked ones in a pan to keep warm. That way, you’ll be able to provide fresh fries.
The best way to enjoy zucchini fries is to eat them right away. As the temperature drops, they will become softer in texture. So, rather than waiting to serve it later, try to consume it right away.
